摘要
以贝美、贝蒂、摩丝特3个樱桃番茄品种为试验材料,在日光温室土壤栽培条件下,研究水分胁迫和不同施钾量对樱桃番茄产量、品质的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫延缓各花絮开花坐果时间,提高番茄果实可溶性固形物、总糖、VC、有机酸、糖酸比等含量,降低番茄单果重和产量;适当增施钾肥对提高土壤碱解氮、土壤速效磷、土壤速效钾的有效含量及番茄品质具有显著作用。
Beimei, Beidi and Mosite with three cherry tomato varieties are planted in the soil in solar greenhouse. This paper studied the effects of water stress and K level on yield and quality cherry tomato. The results showed that water stress delayed the treatment of flowering period and fruit-bearing time, and increased the fruit of total sugar, soluble solids, VC, organic acids, sugar and acid ratio, and reduced the tomato yield and fruit weight. And increasing the K fertilizer properly could improve soil alkali solution nitrogen, available P, available K, and the quality of fruits.
