摘要
探讨负压式紧密纺集聚负压对成纱性能以及能耗的影响规律。研究分析了胶辊对成纱毛羽、强力和条干的影响。通过纺纱试验,结果表明:利用软弹性胶辊,可明显提高成纱条干水平,但易产生塑性形变,因此需要合适的硬度。另外,在确保成纱质量前提下,通过选择合适的胶辊,以及合理的负压值,实现降低电耗,达到负压式紧密纺既能节电又能保证质量的目的。研究为企业提高产品质量及实现高效收益提供了良好的指导意义。
This paper discusses the law of influence of congregate negative pressure of negative pressure type compact spinning on yarn quality and energy consumption and analyzes the influence of rubber covered roller on yarn hairiness, strength and evenness. The result of spinning test shows that using soft elastic rubber covered roller can greatly improve the evenness level of yarn, but it is easy to have plastic deformation. Therefore, an appropriate hardness is required. In addition, selecting an appropriate rubber covered roller and reasonable negative pressure value under the premise of ensuring yarn quality can reduce power consumption and realize the purpose of negative pressure type compact spinning of saving electricity and ensuring quality. This research provides a good guiding significance for enterprises to improve product quality and realize high yield.
