脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的动态观察及其与病情关系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白水平的动态变化与起病、病情及预后的关联。方法采用免疫比浊法将随机抽取73例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,同时选取50例健康人作为对照组,对其进行超敏C反应蛋白动态检测,对比不同梗死面积患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的含量。结果观察组血清超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);其中重型组(大面积梗死)患者超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于轻型组、中型组(中、小梗死灶),组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),并且持续时间长,预后差。脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白水平与临床神经功能缺损程度评分呈正相关(r=0.252,P<0.05),血清超敏C反应蛋白正常组的NDS评分显著进步和进步的比率明显高于异常组。结论血清超敏C反应蛋白水平与急性脑梗死的发生和发展有密切的关联。 Objective To explore the dynamic changes in serum level of high sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with acute cere bral infarction (ACI), and the relationship between onset, severity and prognosis. Methods Immunoturbidimetric assay had been applied to de termine random samples of 73 cases of acute cerebral infarction as the observation group, at the same time 50 healthy persons were selected as con trol group, their dynamic detections of hs CRP were observed. Results The serum level of hs CRP in patients of observation group was signifi cantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the level of hs CRP in patients with large area of infarction was significantly higher than that of patients with smaller cerebral infarction ( P 〈0.01 ), and they had long duration and poor prognosis. Cerebral infarction in patients was positively correlated with ser um level of hs CRP and clinical neurological deficit scores ( r = 0. 252, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum level of hs CRP is closely related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
