摘要
报告1例发生水疱的皮肌炎并发食管癌。患者女,64岁。因四肢肌肉疼痛、无力4个月,周身红斑、双上肢水疱2个月伴吞咽困难就诊。皮损组织病理示:表皮下水疱,直接免疫荧光阴性。胃镜检查活检发现食管癌,2个月后死亡。诊断:皮肌炎、食管癌。该文就患者的临床特点进行总结并对出现水疱的皮肌炎进行了文献复习。
A 64-year-old female had suffered from muscle pain and weakness for 4 months, generalized erythemas and vesiculo-bullous lesions on the forearms and dysphagia for 2 months. Pathological examination showed vesicles below epidermis and negative for direct immunofluorescence staining. Esophageal biopsy revealed esophageal carcinoma. She died 2 months later. The diagnosis was dermatomyositis and esophageal carcinoma. The clinical features of this case are summarized and literatures on vesiculo-bullous dermatomyositis are reviewed.
