慢性痛风骨侵蚀的形成机制 被引量:7

摘要 痛风是一种由尿酸单钠盐(MSU)晶体沉积及炎症体激活引起的关节炎,其典型影像表现为痛风石、骨破坏和关节间隙狭窄。骨破坏的发生通常是因旧骨重吸收及新骨形成失衡所致。其机制可能主要为破骨细胞数量绝对增多,或因成骨细胞皱缩间接导致破骨细胞功能相对增强,以及MSU晶体直接介导成骨细胞的形态和功能变化。现从破骨细胞和成骨细胞两方面探讨痛风骨侵蚀潜在的分子病理机制。
