非小细胞肺癌中空泡膜蛋白1、转移相关基因2和kiss1的表达及意义

摘要 非小细胞肺癌生物学行为不仅与肿瘤的发展有关,还与患者的预后相关.空泡膜蛋白1(VMP1)是新发现的基因和蛋白,其在正常组织中常表达升高,对肿瘤转移具有抑制作用,也有人认为VMP1可能是肿瘤的保护蛋白[1].近年也有研究认为转移相关基因2(MTA2)对肿瘤进展有重要作用,其机制可能与促进基质的降解和调节细胞间黏附有关[2].kiss-1蛋白也是公认的肿瘤转移抑制蛋白[3].本文关注VMP1、MTA2和kiss1在非小细胞肺癌中的作用.
