慢性间歇性缺氧对脂质代谢影响机制的研究 被引量:3

The preliminary study of chronic intermittent hypoxia on aorta of rats and correlated mechanism

摘要 国外流行病学调查显示,成年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructivesleepapnea—hyponeasyndrome,OSAHS)发病率为2%~4%,老年人群发病率更高。已有研究证实,OSAHS患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白-a[Lp(a)]均明显升高,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和载脂蛋白A(ApoA)则降低,
