摘要
目的通过检测首发未用药精神分裂症患者血清脂联素(APN)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,了解脂肪细胞因子在精神分裂症中可能的炎性作用。方法2010年1月至2011年12月间郑州大学第一附属医院住院治疗的首发未用药精神分裂症患者,96例正常体重、22例超重或肥胖者和60名健康对照者。酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α及APN水平。结果血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平在精神分裂症伴(71±21、40±12、53±18)Pg/ml或不伴超重或肥胖组(54±13、34±12、48±18)pg/ml均显著高于健康对照组(24±16、16±7、324-15)pg/ml(均P〈0.05),血清IL-1β、IL-6水平在超重或肥胖精神分裂症患者组显著高于正常体重的精神分裂症患者组(均P〈0.05);血清APN水平在正常体重精神分裂症患者组(12±4)pg/ml显著高于对照组(9±4)pg/ml(P〈0.05)。结论首发未用药精神分裂症患者IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和APN水平增高,存在脂肪细胞因子介导的炎症反应,脂联素可能主要起了促炎作用。
Objective To explore the levels of adiponectin ( APN ) , interleukin-1β( IL-1β ) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in first episode drug na'fve schizophrenics and further examine the role of adipocytokines in schizophrenia. Methods Ninety-six normal weight schizophrenics and 22 overweight/obese ones from First Affiliated Hospital, Zhengzhou University and 60 healthy controls were enrolled. Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and APN were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum levels of I-1β, IL-6 and TNF-oL in normal weight schizophrenics (54 ± 13, 34 ± 12, 48 ± 18 ) pg/ml and overweight/obese schizophrenics (71 ± 21,40 ± 12, 53 ± 18) pg/ml were significantly higher than those in the controls(23 ± 16, 16 ±7, 32 ± 15)pg/ml (P 〈 0.05 ). Serum levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in overweight/obese schizophrenics were significantly higher than those in normal weight schizophrenics (P 〈 0. 05 ). Serum level of adiponectin in normal weight schizophrenics was significantly higher than that in control group [ ( 12 ± 4 ) vs ( 9 ± 4 ) pg/ml, P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion The serum levels of APN, IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α increase in first episode drug na'fve schizophrenics. It suggests that an inflammatory response mediated by adipocytokines. APN may play a pro- inflammatory role in schizophrenia.
