摘要
目的探讨建构主义的抛锚式教学法在助产专业岗位能力综合训练中的应用效果。方法将2010级助产专业两个班级分别纳入实验组和对照组,实验组采用建构主义理论下的抛锚式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。课程结束后对两组学生综合能力考核成绩进行比较;采用自设问卷对两组学生进行调查。结果实验组学生理论和技能操作考核成绩、对教学方法及效果评价明显优于对照组(除"有利于适应护士角色")(P<0.01)。结论建构主义理论下的抛锚式教学法优于传统教学,能够激发学生学习积极性,提高其综合职业能力水平。
Objective To discuss the application of anchored - instruction based on constructivism on post ability comprehensive training in higher voca- tional midwifery specialty. Methods Two classes of midwifery specialty in Grade 2010 were recruited and divided into the experimental group and control group respectively. The experimental group were taught with anchored - instruction based on constructivism theory, while the control group were taught with traditional teaching methods. Comprehensive ability evaluation results of the two groups were compared by the end of the course and investigated with a self - designed ques- tionnaire. Results The theroy and skills examination results and evaluation for teaching effects in experimental group were better than those of the control group ( expect "the adaptation of numes" role" ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The anchored - instruction based on the constructivism theory is superior to the traditional teaching, it can stimulate students' studying enthusiasm and improve their comprehensive vocational ability.
