摘要
基于2003-2010年上市软件公司面板数据,采用随机前沿法(SFA)研究了人力资本结构与技术效率的关系。发现增加人力资源投入可以明显扩大企业产出,增加物质资本投入对产出影响较弱,而增加人力资本存量对绩效具有显著负作用。样本软件企业技术效率均值为0.401,存在较大提升空间。从人力资本结构对技术效率的影响来看,接受过研究生教育和专科教育的员工比例对技术效率改善具有显著正向作用,本科和高中以下教育程度员工的比例对技术效率改善具有显著负作用。
This research discusses the relationship between human capital structure and Technique Efficiency (TE) of software company based on stochastic frontier approach. 10 listed software companies are studied according to panel data from 2001 to 2010. We find evidence that human resource is obviously related to performance, physical capital and performance is not obvious relevance, human capital is nagetive affect to performance. The mean value of TE is 0.401.the ratio of graduate and junior college education employee can improve TE obviously, but the ratio of University degree and middle school education employee will decrease TE obviously.
