摘要
目的探讨血竭总黄酮的抗血栓的作用及机制。方法建立血瘀模型,用ELISA法测定血浆VWF及CMP-140含量;测定血小板粘附率及ADP、Adr诱导的血小板聚集率;对大鼠实验性静脉血栓的影响。结果血竭总黄酮显著降低血瘀大鼠血浆中的VWF及CMP-140含量;能有效降低大鼠血小板粘附率;对ADP、PAF诱导的血小板聚集有明显抑制作用;对大鼠实验性静脉血栓有较强的抑制作用。结论血竭总黄酮具有较好的抗血栓作用,且显示出多途径、多靶点的特征。
Objective To explore the effect of Flavone in Resina Draconis against venous thrombosis and investigate its potential mechanisms. Methods Acute blood stasis rat model was established, the content of VWF, CMP-140 was analyzed by ELISA. ADP and PAF was administrated by vein injection, and the related effects to venous thrombosis model and pulmonary thromboembolism model were observed. The platelet adhesion rate was determined by using spinning glass bottle, and the platelet aggregation rate after ADP, PAF induction was analyzed by using turbidimetry. Conclusion Flavone in Resina Draconis showed good anti thrombotic effect. The mechanisms may relate with the restraining of platelet adhesion and platelet aggregation.
