摘要
本文介绍了一种用数码图像频谱检测纺织品线密度的方法。文中通过数码相机和扫描仪直接获得纺织样品的数字图像 ,通过 FFT变换 ,求出图像的频谱 ,从频谱的强度和分布计算出纺织品的条纹分布和周期 ,从而计算出纺织品的线密度。实验证明该方法准确度高 ,速度快 ,并且可以实现自动化测量。
A kind of method that measure yarn den sity of fabric is suggested.The fabric image obtained by digital camera or scann er is transformed using FFT to obtain its frequency spectrum.By analyzing the fr equency spectrum we can get stripe and interval of fibric,then get the yarn dens ity of fabric.Experiment results show this method have adevantges of high speed, accuracy and automation.
