摘要
目的:建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定氢溴酸右荚沙芬中残留溶剂。方法:采用DB-624(30m×0.32mm,1.8μm)毛细管石英柱;程序升温;载气为氮气(N_2);FID检測器。结果:甲苯、丙酮和甲醇均能得到有效分离,各组分均有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9999);平均回收率分别为101.1%(RSD=0.67%),100.4%(RSD=0.63%),96.7%(RSD=1.2%);最低检测限分别为0.21,0.59,2.10μg·g^(-1)。结论:该方法灵敏,准确,可用于氢溴酸右美沙芬中残留溶剂的检测。
Objective : To establish a method of headspace capillary GC for the determination of residual solvents in dextromethor- phan hydrobromide. Method : The GC method was carried on a DB-624 ( 30 m × 0.32 mm, 1.8 μm) capillary column with program- ruing temperature control. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas and FID was used as the detector. Result: The three residual solvents (toluene,acetone and methanol) were separated well, and the linearity was fairly good (r≥0. 999 9). The recovery was 101.1% (RSD = 0.67% ), 100.4% ( RSD = 0.63% ) and 96.7% ( RSD = 1. 2% ) with LOD of 0.21,0.59 and 2.10 μg · g^-1, respectively. Conclusion: The established method is sensitive and accurate, and can be used in the determination of residual solvents in dextro- methorphan hydrobromide.
