Quality comprehensive evaluation of fly ash based on principal component analysis

摘要 为解决目前粉煤灰单因子评价方法不能全面综合反映粉煤灰品质的弊端,采用主成分分析方法,建立用于评价大掺量粉煤灰混凝土中粉煤灰品质性能的综合评价法.研究结果表明:利用R软件强大的统计功能,运用主成分分析原理,可以将粉煤灰样本的大量性能表征指标构造成少数的几个变量,并通过计算各样本的主成分值,以各主成分的贡献率为权重值,得出各粉煤灰样本的综合得分,通过最终的主成分综合得分来划分粉煤灰质量等级,实现对粉煤灰品质进行快捷、客观的综合评价. In order to overcome the disadvantage of single-factor evaluation method of fly ash that it is not able to comprehensively reflect the quality of fly ash, the study adopted the principal component analysis method to establish a comprehensive way of evaluating the quality and the performance of fly ash in the concrete with high fly ash content. The results show that by utilizing the powerful statistical function of sott-ware-R and the principai component analysis theory, a fewer variables can be derived from the vast property characterization indexes of fly ash samples, comprehensive scores of fly ash samples were obtained by calculation of the principal component value and the principal component contribution that as weighted value. Fly ash was graded by the comprehensive score of principal component, by which the quick and objective comprehensive evaluation of fly ash quality could be realized.
