摘要
[目的]对吉林省主推水稻品种的抗稻瘟病基因进行分子检测。[方法]利用10个与抗稻瘟病基因的紧密连锁分子标记,对24份吉林省水稻品种资源的抗病基因进行分子鉴定。[结果]24份主推品种中普遍缺乏Pib、Pi1、Pikh、Pia等4个抗瘟基因;24份主推品种中有17份不含Pi9基因,特别是吉林省种植面积最大的2个水稻品种"吉粳88"和"长白九"中未发现Pi9基因;"吉粳88"含Pita、Pikm、Pi2、Pi-d2和Piz等5个抗瘟基因。[结论]Pib、Pi1、Pikh、Pia、Pi9是今后改良吉林省主推水稻品种稻瘟病抗性的主要抗病基因。
[ Objective ] The aim was to detect the blast resistance genes of major varieties of rice in Jilin Province. [ Method] The molecular identification of resistance genes in 24 varieties of rice in Jilin province was done using 10 molecular markers closely linked with blast resist- ance genes of rice. [ Result] The blast resistance genes Pib, Pil, Pikh, Pia were widespread lacked in the 24 major varieties of rice ; 17 of the 24 varieties didn' t contain Pi9 gene, especially the "Jijing 88" and "Changbaijiu" didn' t contain Pi9 gene which had the largest planting area in Jilin province; "Jijing 88" contained 5 resistance genes Pita, Pikm, Pi2, Pi-d2 and Piz. [Conclusion] Pib, Pil, Pikh, Pia, Pi9 were the main resistance genes for the improvement of blast resistance of major varieties of rice in Jilin Province.
