摘要
[目的]为绿壳乌鸡的选育工作以及利用产蛋期调控蛋壳颜色提供理论依据.[方法]选取苏北黑羽乌鸡3个生产期的绿壳蛋作为研究对象,利用Lab色度系统从蛋壳亮度、颜色、饱和度以及色调角等方面进行研究.[结果]黑羽乌鸡生产的绿壳蛋亮度亮度值为73 ~ 87,差异较大,且后期亮度与前-中期差异显著(P<0.05);蛋壳颜色在红绿色品方面早期与中-后期差异显著(P<0.05);黄蓝色品方面变化较大,早期和后期差异显著(P<0.05);青蛋壳颜色饱和度相对集中,后期与早-中期差异显著(P<0.05);绿壳蛋颜色的色调角要分布在120°~ 140°,中期与早-后期差异显著(P<0.05).[结论]通过对产蛋期的规划调整可以大幅度提高绿壳蛋颜色的均一性和产品市场竞争力.
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for breeding green-eggshell black chicken and regulating eggshell col- or in laying period. [ Method] Selecting green-eggshell egg in 3 laying periods of Subei black feather chicken as research objects, the eggshell brightness, color, saturation and hue angle were studied by Lab color system. [ Result ] The brightness of green-eggshell egg produced by black feather chicken had great difference in the brightness value of 73 - 87. The brightness in late period had significant difference with early- middle period (P 〈0.05 ). The eggshell color in early period from red-green color had significant difference with middle-late period (P 〈 0.05 ). The yellow-blue color in early period had significant difference with late period ( P 〈 0.05 ). The saturation of green eggshell color was concentrated and that in late period had significant difference with early-middle period ( P 〈 0.05 ). The hue angle of green-eggshell egg was 120° - 140°, that in middle period had significant difference with that in middle-late period( P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The homogenieity and produet market competitiveness of green-eggshell egg could be greatly enhanced by planning and regulating laying period.
