摘要
【目的】研究苦豆子沤肥不同时期基本养分含量的变化及秸秆腐熟剂对苦豆子沤肥的影响。【方法】向苦豆子沤肥中添加一定量的秸秆腐熟剂,以未添加秸秆腐熟剂的沤肥为对照,每隔15 d取样,测定不同时期沤肥液的氮,磷,钾含量。【结果】添加秸秆腐熟剂处理沤肥液的全氮最高含量为121.03g/kg,比未添加秸秆腐熟剂的处理提前30 d出现,全磷最高含量为14.13 g/kg,比未添加秸秆腐熟剂的处理高出86.17%,提前15 d出现。两个不同处理全钾最高含量之间没有显著性差异。【结论】在整个沤肥过程中添加秸秆腐熟剂的处理苦豆子沤肥液总磷量较高,全氮、全钾含量的影响不大,但全氮、磷、钾最高含量比未添加秸秆腐熟剂的处理提前出现。说明向苦豆子沤肥中添加一定量的秸秆腐熟剂可加快沤肥进程以及缩短沤肥周期和养分浸提时间。
[ Objective]This project focuses on the effects of water- logged composting with Sophora alo- peeuroides changes of basic nutrient contents in different periods and straw decomposition agent on the Sophora alopecuroides water - logged compost. [ Method ] A certain amount of straw decomposition agent was added to Sophora alopecuroides water- logged compost, which was compared with the one without any decomposition a- gent. Every 15 days they were sampled respectively to determine the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium con- tent of water - logged composting liquid in different periods. [ Result ] Water - logged compost added with straw decomposition agent had highest total nitrogen content, which was 121.03 g/kg. This happened 30 days earlier than the one without any decomposition agent added. The highest content of total phosphorus was 14. 13 g/kg, 86. 17% higher and 15 days earlier than the check. There was 11o significant difference in the potassium content between the two different processes. [ Conclusion] In the whole process of water -logged composting, the one that was added with straw decomposition agent had higher phosphorus content than the one without it,but this processing had little effect on total nitrogen and potassium content, but the total amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content of this treatment appeared earlier than the process during which straw decompo- sition agent was not added, which demonstrated that addition of certain amount of straw decomposition agent could accelerate the maturity of the water - logged compost, shorten the processing cycle and nutrient leaching time.
