摘要
全面剖析了暴雨内涝的成因,并结合国外的排水系统建设经验,对我国在排涝、排水系统建设、城市规划设计等方面进行了反思和总结,提出一些适合在我国广泛开展且行之有效的规划策略,以期为城市暴雨内涝防治工作的开展提供理论基础。
Comprehensive analysis of the causes of rainstorm waterlogging, drainage system construction and combining foreign experience to our country in the drainage, drainage system construction, city planning and design other aspects of the review and summary, and put forward some suitable for China to carry out extensive and effective planning strategies, in order to provide a theoretical base to carry out the city rainstorm wa-terlogging prevention and control work.
