摘要
本文构建了社会信息化指数模型 ,测算了中国、北京、上海、广州、南京 1995～ 1998年的社会信息化水平 ,比较、分析了这五个测度地的测算结果 ,同时指出了我国信息化发展的问题及对策。
This paper constructs the social informatizing index model,by which the informatization level in China,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Nanjing during the year 1995～1998 is calculated,meanwhile,contrasting between those measuring results.The defects in the course of social informatization are pointed out in this paper.For the first step,tactics of informatizing development which characterized the present informatizing society in China is suggested.
