宫腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜手术联合黄体酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜息肉临床效果。方法选择来我院就诊的阴道不规则出血及不孕的患者,经宫腔镜检查发现子宫内膜息肉患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例单纯子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗,术后常规给予抗炎止血治疗。观察组30例采取子宫内膜息肉切除术,术后常规给予抗炎止血治疗,从术后第15天给予口服黄体酮胶囊,1个疗程周期7d,连续治疗3个疗程,观察其临床效果。结果观察组与对照组术后临床效果比较,有着显著差异,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论经宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术后应用黄体酮胶囊有效降低子宫内膜息肉的复发率。
