摘要
目的探讨心理契约管理对降低消毒供应中心护士压力及提高工作满意度的效果。方法针对复用器械集中管理后消毒供应中心护士心理契约变化实施心理契约管理,抽取消毒供应中心17名护士为研究对象,实施前后测试供应中心护士心理压力程度的变化,同时对全院各科室进行消毒供应服务满意度调查;对实施前后共51人次心理压力测试结果和32个服务科室共96份满意度调查问卷进行分析。结果心理契约管理后护士的心理压力偏高率由58.8%降至7.8%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各科室对供应中心护士工作满意率由15.6%提高至64.6%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理契约管理能有效降低消毒供应中心护士心理压力,提高临床对供应中心护士工作的满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of psychological contract management on relieving the pressure of nurses and improving the satisfaction to their work. METHODS The psychological contract management was carried out in the central sterile supply department after the centralized management of recyclable instruments, totally 17 nurses from the department were chosen as the subjects, then the chance of the psychological pressure of the nurses was observed, meanwhile the satisfaction of the disinfection and supply was investigated in the hospital, and the result of psychological test for 51 subjects and 96 satisfaction questionnaires involving 32 departments were observed. RESULTS After the psychological contract management was carried out, the rate of high psychological pressure decreased from 58. 8% to 7. 8%, the difference between before and after the implementation was statistically significant(P〈0. 01); the rate of the satisfaction to the nurse' work increased from 15. 6% to 64.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION The psychological contract management can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of the nurses of central sterile supply department and improve the satisfaction to the nurses'work.
