摘要
翻译的核心价值是等效与达意,它没有绝对对等,只有最佳关联。翻译的语用学视角越来越受到广泛的重视。语用翻译站在沟通源语与译语两种文化的立场上,根据原文语境,准确理解原作内容,从译文读者的文化背景、价值观和社会习俗等因素出发,提倡对原文进行重新提炼,运用替换、简化、改写或者零译等手段,以最佳的语言选择策略,力求与原文相对应的语用效果。
The core value of translation is effectiveness and to the point. There is no absolute equivalence but optimized rele- vance. Pragmatic translation, which attracts more and more concerns, stands between the cultures of target languages and the translated ones, emphasizes precise understanding of the original writings, takes into consideration readers' cultural background, concept of values and social conventions, and refines them by means of replacement, simplification, rectification and zero transla- tion in order to achieve equivalent pragmatic effectiveness of the original writings.
