以人为本教育理念下高职院校品牌形象建设研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,对于高职教育而言,建设自己的品牌形象对其能否受到企业和社会的普遍认同,能否增强高职教育的吸引力,意义十分重大。品牌形象一定要有丰富的内涵,要秉持以人为本的教育理念对提高学生的综合素质,促进学生全面发展,丰富高职院品牌形象内涵具有重要的意义。在此以中国传统文化为基础,结合西方人本教育理念,并以辽宁现代服务职业技术学院为例,深入探讨如何在以人为本的理念下建设高职院品牌形象,以期为我国高职教育的品牌形象建设研究提供一种重要的参考方式。 At present, for the higher vocational education, it is of great significance whether the construction of their own brand image can be approved by the enterprise and society generally, and whether it can enhance the attractiveness of higher vocational education. Brand image must have rich connotation. Upholding the people-centered concept of education is meatfingful to improve the comprehensive quality of students, promote all-round development of students, and enrich the connotation of the higher vocational school brand image. Here on the basis of Chinese traditional culture, combined with the western education concept, and taking Liaoning Vocational Technical College of Modem Service as an example, the paper explores further how to build higher vocational school brand image under the concept of people-oriented construction in order to provide an important reference to the research on brand image construction of Chinese higher vocational education.
