摘要
近年来,地方政府投融资平台的迅速发展,为地方城市(镇)建设发展起到了重要的资金支持作用。从现实的层面来看,地方政府投融资平台的产生与发展有着很深的制度根源,随着地方政府融资平台数量、规模、融资数额以及涉及范围的不断增加与扩大,其所存在的问题也逐步暴露出来,在中国当前的经济发展形势下,地方政府投融资平台建设如何生存与发展引发了经济理论界的热烈讨论。本文就地方政府投融资平台快速发展原因及其存在的风险等方面进行了进一步的探讨,并据此提出了相应的对策。
