摘要
类如盘子、碟子等陶瓷餐具加工的最后一道工序是平整底部棱边,但我国盘类瓷器底部平整以手工操作为主,加工效率低、加工精度差、劳动强度大。针对最后一道工序研发了一种专用于平整盘类底部独立工序的自动磨底机,采用自动砂带磨削方式对盘类底部进行磨削,极大地提高了加工效率、加工精度,改善了工人的劳动环境,减小了劳动强度。实践表明,研发的自动磨底机运行效果良好。
The last process of processing dishes and other ceramic is flatting bottom edge, but the dishes are processed by hand u- sually in our country. This processing method is low efficiency, poor machining accuracy and labor-intensive. For the final process, a special automatic grinding bottom machine was developed to realize independent processes of disc-type porcelain automatically. The au- tomated abrasive band grinding was used to grind the bottom of the disc-type porcelain. The processing efficiency, machining accuracy, workers' labor environment are greatly improved and the labor intensity is reduced. The practice shows that the automatic grinding ma- chine operation effect is good.
