摘要
通过实例分析了多面体零件加工的工艺特点,研究了利用MasterCAM软件编写五轴定位加工程序的关键技术和后处理方法,在利用Vericut软件进行模拟加工的基础上,进行了切削试验,证明了多面体零件在五轴机床上加工的优越性。
The machining characteristics of the polyhedron part were analyzed. There have great superiority of machining polyhed- ron parts in 5-axis machine tool. Two methods on how to use MasterCAM to generate finished tool path were introduced. NC codes for HAAS VF5 CNC were generated by post processing. The low efficiency of machining polyhedron parts in 3-axis machine tool is solved.
