摘要
采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、扫描电镜等方法研究了合金成分调整对09CuPCrNi耐候钢在实验室模拟工业大气环境中耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,合金中低含量的镍对09CuPCrNi耐蚀性能的影响不大;提高硅含量,试验钢板后期耐蚀性能比09CuPCrNi原钢板更好。经过大气腐蚀预测,试验钢完全满足实际工程要求,降低了09CuPCrNi耐候钢的生产成本。
The effects of alloy composition modification on corrosion resistance of 09CuPCrNi weathering steel in simulated industrial atmosphere environment were studied by polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that a small amount of nickle element had little influence on the corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance at later stage of the tested steel was better than that of the original 09CuPCrNi steel. The atmospheric corrosion prediction indicates that the tested steel is qualified with increased Si content for the requirements of real engineering and a reduction of the cost of production can be obtained.
