摘要
通过对比度增强、去噪平滑、图像二值化对碳钢腐蚀数字图像进行处理得到碳钢腐蚀二值图像,对腐蚀二值图像中腐蚀面积计算并分析得到碳钢腐蚀等级。采用局部增强和Gamma校正联用法及直方图均衡方法对腐蚀图像进行对比度增强,对比两种方法获得的最终腐蚀面积结果表明,全局直方图均衡虽然可以提高对比度,但无法消除照度不均匀产生的阴影,导致腐蚀面积计算结果与实际偏差很大;而局部增强和Gamma校正联用法能很好地消除照度不均匀产生的不良影响。
The corrosion binary image of carbon steel was obtained from its digital image by the process of enhancing contrast, dcnoising and bi,utrizing. And then the corrosion grade was determined from the calculation and analysis of the corrosion area. The calculation of the final corrosion area from the binary image whose contrast was enhanced by lhc method of combining local enhancement with Gamma correction and proportioning histogram shows that: ahhough the proporlioning hisitogram can improve the contrast, it can not eliminate the shadow generated from lhe nonuniform illtl eination, leading a large deviation of lhe calculated resuhs from lhe actual corrosion area; However. combining Iocaf enhancement with daroma correelion can eliminale lhe adverse effect of nonuniform illnmination.
