摘要
根据宣钢第二炼钢厂LF精炼造渣工艺的特点,利用炉渣组元CaO、SiO2、Al2O3、CaF2进行分析探讨,制定出合理的渣系配比和快速造白泡沫渣工艺。实践证明:此工艺减少化渣、造渣时间各约7 min,钢材中全氧含量可降低10×10-6,脱硫率可提高15%以上,成分和温度控制的精度得到提高,充分发挥了LF的精炼效果。
According to the characteristics of the Second Steelmaking Plant of steel LF refining slagging process, analyze the utilization of slag components CaO, SiO2,Al2 O3, CaF2, formulate the reasonable ratio of slag and making the white foam slag process. Practice has proved, this technology reduces the slag, the slag time of about 7 min, total oxygen content in steel can be reduced by 10 × 10^-6 ,the desulfurization rate can be increased by more than 15% ,composition and temperature control precision is improved, and give full play to the refining effect of LF.
