摘要
从讨论文后参考文献著录规则入手 ,提出实施国家标准中存在的三类问题 ,并从执行和制定标准两个方面 。
Begins with the citation rules of references in the rear of periodicals,this paper puts forward three kinds of issues that exists in executing national standards,then discusses the countermeasures to the problems from the two aspects:executing and formulating policy.
