摘要
通过对比热处理前后用ERNiCr-3焊丝焊接的T92/HR3C异种钢焊接接头焊缝显微组织及其冲击韧性,探讨了热处理工艺对焊接接头组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在优化的热处理工艺下,T92/HR3C异种钢焊接接头焊缝组织由原来粗大的回火板条马氏体分解为大小不等、分布均匀的无规则铁素体和细密的珠光体组织。同时,热处理之后焊接接头由于组织更加均匀和细化,其冲击韧性值较热处理前有较大的提高,由原来的80 J提高到129.7 J。
The microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by comparing T 92 /HR3C dissimilar steel welding joints before and after heat treatment .The results show that the coarse of tempering martensite microstructure of T 92/HR3C dissimilar steel welding joints transforms into well-distributed ferrite with different size and irregular topography and fine pearlite .Meanwhile ,the impact property of the welding joints after heat treatment relative to that before heat treatment is obviously improved (from 80J to 129.7 J) due to the relatively fine microstructure .
