摘要
27SiMn钢油缸调质后出现强度、硬度偏低,冲击吸收能量偏高的现象,通过对成分、工艺过程、显微组织分析,找出了性能异常的原因是由于缸筒淬火未淬透。调整装炉量及改进冷却设备,提高了淬透性,改善了油缸的力学性能。
After quenching and tempering , 27SiMn steel oil cylinder appeared lower strength and hardness and higher impact absorbed energy .According to research on chemical composition , heat treatment process and microstructure analysis , the reason of poor properties was found that the steel was not enough hardened .After adjusting the furnace load and improving the cooling equipment , the hardenability is increased, and the mechanical properties of the oil cylinder are improved .
