摘要
目的通过电针涌泉穴,对由各种原因造成的脑损伤患者在PET/CT下观察并分析脑部受损组织的代谢变化,了解电针涌泉穴对脑部受损组织的影响,进一步明确电针涌泉穴对脑部受损组织功能恢复的临床意义。方法选取6例脑部受伤患者(均为植物状态),病程为6个月至1年不等。静脉注射放射性药物18F-FDG,观察电针前后脑部受损组织PET/CT图像SUV值的变化及患者身体功能的变化。结果电针后受损脑组织PET/CT图像显示SUV值有一定的增高,电针一段时间后,部分患者意识状态及功能有改变,相应脑组织如壳核、扣带回、眶回、小脑半球、旁中央小叶等区域有激活。结论电针涌泉穴对脑损伤患者有一定的唤醒作用,此技术有助于晚期脑损伤患者身体功能的恢复,其疗效评价可用PET/CT检查方法来验证。
Objective To observe and analyze metabolic changes in injured brain tissue by use of electroacupuncture at point Yongquan (KI1) and PET/CT in patients with brain injury resulting from various causes, understand the effect of electroacupuncture at point Yongquan on injured brain tissue and further confirm the clinical significance of electroacupuncture at point Yongquan in restoring the function of injured brain tissue. Method Six patients with brain injury (all in a vegetative state), in whom the duration of the disease ranged from six months to one year, were enrolled. 18F-FDG (a radiopharmaceutical) was injected intravenously. PET/CT SUV in injured brain tissue and body function in the patients were observed before and after electroacupuncture. Result PET/CT SUV in injured brain tissue increased to a certain degree after electroacupuncture. Consciousness and function changed in part of the patients after a period of electroacupuncture. The corresponding brain tissues: putamen, cingulate gyrus, orbital gyri, cerebellar hemisphere and paracentral lobule were activated. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at point Yongquan has a certain awakening effect on patients with injured brain tissue. This technique helps to restore body function in patients with late-stage brain injury. The evaluation of its therapeutic effect can be validated using PET/CT.
