摘要
目的 探讨冠脉病变程度对运动试验中 QTc、QTd的影响。方法 84例经冠脉造影和平板运动试验检查的患者 ,根据冠脉病变程度分为冠脉正常组、单支冠脉病变组及多支冠脉病变组 ,观察运动试验前后 QTc、QTd的变化。结果 1.运动前三组 QTc、QTd无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 2 .运动后正常组 QTc、QTd无明显变化 ,单支组 QTd无变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但 QTc延长 (P<0 .0 1) ;多支病变组 QTc且 QTd均增大 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 冠脉病变程度与运动试验中 QTc、QTd的变化有关 ,观察 QTc、QTd的变化对判断冠脉病变程度有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of the severity of coronary lesions on QTc and QTd during treadmill exercise test.Methods 84 patients who underwent coronary angiography and treadmill exercise test were divided into group 1(with normal coronary arteries)、group 2(with one-vessel coronary artery diseases)and group 3(with muti-vessle coronary arteries diseases).QTc and QTd were assessed during treadmill test in 3 groups.Results Before exercise,QTc and QTd were no significant differences between 3 groups( P>0 05 ).In group 1,QTc and QTd were no significant change after exercise( P >0.05).In group 2,only QTc was prolonged after exercise( P <0.01).In group 3,both QTc were significant prolonged,and QTd enlarged after exercise(P<0.01).Conclusions QTc and QTd during treadmill test were related to the severity of coronary lesions.Assessing QTc and QTd during treadmill test may help to estimate the severity of coronary lesions.
