响应曲面法优化硫酸盐还原菌处理重金属离子条件研究 被引量:7

摘要 为探索硫酸盐还原菌处理重金属离子的最佳工艺条件,实验采用响应曲面法,以Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Fe2+的平均去除率为响应值,运用Box-Behnken(BB)设计对影响水中重金属离子去除效果的一些关键因素进行了研究。以二次多项式回归方程预测模型为基础,得到硫酸盐还原菌处理重金属离子的最佳工艺条件:pH=7.1,培养温度为34.8℃,培养时间为5 d。初始重金属离子浓度越低,其去除率越高。在最优条件下,Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Fe2+最大去除率分别达到98.81%、93.10%、96.62%、92.73%、93.41%。实验所得数据可为硫酸盐还原菌处理酸性矿井废水重金属污染提供技术支持。 In order to explore the best process conditions for the treatment of heavy metal ions with sulfate reducing bacteria, response surface methodology has been used in the experiments, taking the average removing rates of Pb^2+, Cd^2+, Cu^2+ ,Zn^2+ and Fe^2+ as response value. Some important factors influencing the metallic ion removing efficacy from water by Box-Behnken (BB) design are studied. Using quadratic polynomial regression equation prediction model as the foundation, the results show that the best process conditions are as follows:the initial pH is 7.1, culture temperature 34.8 ℃, and culture time 5 d. The lower the initial concentration of metallic ions is,the higher the removing rate. Under the optimum conditions, the maximum removing rates of Pb2., Cd^2+, Cu^2+, Zn^2+ and Fe^2+ are up to 98.81% ,93.10% ,96.62% ,92.73%, and 93.41% ,respectively. The test data can provide technical support for re- moving heavy-metal pollution from acidic mine wastewater by sulfate reducing bacteria.
