摘要
用水效率的综合评价是区域用水效率提高的必要条件。依据系统性与层次性相结合等原则构建了包含生态用水、用水管理等6个准则层,绿色GDP用水量等28项指标的区域用水效率评价指标体系。应用基于奇异值分解(SVD)的改进AHP方法和模糊物元模型对区域用水效率评价体系进行研究,将区域用水效率水平划分为区域用水效率高、较高、一般、较低、低5个等级。
Comprehensive evaluation of water use efficiency is a necessary condition for its enhancing. The regional water use efficiency evaluation index system, which contains ecological water use, water management and other rule hierarchies, green GDP water use amount and other indexes, is established in this paper. The modified AHP based on singular value decomposition (SVD) and fuzzy matter-element model are applied to the study of regional water use efficiency evaluation system, and the efficiency level is divided into five grades, namely highest, higher, general, lower and lowest.
