摘要 中重度牙周炎的牙周膜、牙槽骨和牙骨质等牙周组织丧失严重,其最有效的治疗是牙周组织再生技术。WNT/β-连环蛋白信号转导通路可以促进牙周膜细胞、成骨细胞和成牙骨质细胞增殖和分化,以维持牙周膜不断更新,促进牙槽骨和牙骨质的形成和再生。本文就WNT/β-连环蛋白信号转导通路以及WNT/β-连环蛋白信号转导通路在牙槽骨和牙骨质形成及再生中的作用等研究进展作一综述。 Periodontal tissues, including the periodontium, cementum, and alveolar bone, are significantly lost in moderate to severe periodontitis. The WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway promotes the proliferation and differentiation of periodontal ligament cells, osteoblasts, and cementoblasts to maintain the periodontium and improve the formation and regeneration of the cementum and alveolar bone. This review summarizes the WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway and its effects on the formation and regeneration of periodontal tissues.
