摘要
分析了用高线工艺生产盘卷带肋钢筋时横肋a角、卢角对横肋的充满度、钢筋成品孔的脱槽、钢筋高速运行稳定性的影响,选用α=46°、β=47°的横肋设计不仅保证了横肋的充满度,还满足了φ6、φ8、φ10、φ912mm4种规格盘卷带肋钢筋的成品线速度分别达87-90、75-80、65-67、45-50m/s稳定运行的要求。
The influence of transverse rib angle a and/~ on the fullness of transverse rib, piece off pass and roll- ing stability were analyzed during production ribbed bar coil in high speed wire line. When the transverse rib design was selected α = 46 °,β = 47 °, the fulling degree of transverse ribs was assured , and the running speeds of φ6, φ8, φ10,φ12mm products were reached 87~90, 75~80, 65~67, 45~50m/s .
