摘要
为了确保某大断面富水硐室可长期使用及经受后期采动影响,针对现场硐室底板渗水严重及水泥砂浆锚固性能不足,提出了水泥端锚全长砂浆锚索施工方式,数值模拟研究了锚网索底板支护对支护承载结构的影响,得出底板锚网索能改善底板弯矩分布并提高底板承载结构的稳定性。实践表明:底板锚索合格率达到了97%,所述施工方式可有效解决类似条件下底板锚索由于水及施工高度太高带来的施工难题。
In order to ensure that a large section of rich water chamber can be used for a long time or hold the late im- pacts of mining, and for serious water seepage of the chamber floor and bad anchoring performance of cement mortar, the wholly mortar cable construction method with the cement end anchor is proposed. The numerical simulation is made to study the impact of cable anchor plate support to supporting bearing structure. It is obtained that the bottom cable anchor can im- prove the distribution of plate~ bending moment and the stability of floor load-bearing structure. The practice shows that: the bottom cable pass rate reached 97% and the construction method can effectively solve the difficulties in construction of the bottom anchor under similar conditions due to rich water and high construction height.
