摘要
目的探讨膝关节病灶清除术对膝关节结核的治疗效果,为临床治疗骨关节结核提供思路。方法选取骨科2010年3月至2013年5月收治的58例确诊为膝关节结核患者,对膝关节病灶清除术联合滑膜切除术治疗效果进行分析。结果行膝关节结核病灶清除术联合滑膜切除术后,该组患者结核症状消失,基本达到治愈标准。结论膝关节结核要早发现、早治疗,围术期抗结核药物的合理使用以及手术治疗是治愈膝关节结核的关键。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of focal debridement to tuberculosis（TB） of knee joint,and provide ideas for treating tuberculosis of knee joint in clinic. Methods Fifty-eight cases of diagnosed tuberculosis of knee joint in department of orthopedics from March 2010 to May 2013 were selected. The therapeutic effect was analyzed after focal debridement combined with synovectomy of knee joint. Results After focal debridement of knee joint combined with synovectomy,the TB symptoms among the patients disappeared and all patients reached the curative criterion fundamentally. Conclusion The TB of knee joint should be found and treated early,it is critical to apply antituberculosis drugs in perioperative period reasonably for curing TB of knee joint.
