摘要
在盾构法隧道施工中,经常遇到侧穿、下穿运营中的地铁既有线工程,如何评估其安全性、是否需要进行轨道防护,以及如何控制盾构施工参数、确保监控量测各项指标安全可控,意义重大。文章结合南水北调南干渠工程盾构下穿地铁4号线大兴段工程实例,阐述了盾构在全断面卵石地层中穿越地铁既有线工程前期的技术准备,以及盾构近距离下穿施工中所采取的土压力、掘进速度、同步注浆和二次补注浆等控制标准和调整施工参数、加强监控量测等关键技术措施,对以后类似工程有借鉴意义。
It is very common for tunnels to pass under existing metros during their construction, and this is sig- nificant in terms of safety risk evaluations, track protection, construction parameter control, and precise monitor- ing. Based on the shield construction of the South Trunk Canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project passing under the existing Beijing Metro line 4, the technical preparation program and construction measures such as controlling the soil pressure, determining the advance rate, implementing the simultaneous grouting and sec- ondary grouting, adjusting the excavation parameters, and strengthening the monitoring are introduced.
