摘要
通过在好氧颗粒污泥形成初期投加混凝剂的方式,研究混凝强化造粒条件下颗粒污泥的形成及其特性,在此基础上,分析不同操作条件下颗粒污泥中微生物的繁衍与聚集情况。结果表明,强化造粒条件下形成的颗粒污泥粒径分布更均匀,与常规操作条件下形成的颗粒污泥相比,其强度和比重分别增加3.2%和6.8%,而含水率下降1.0%。颗粒形成过程中微生物聚集结果显示,在颗粒形成初期,由于有混凝剂的添加,微生物迅速聚集,但当混凝剂停止后,生物量有所下降。随着颗粒的逐渐成长,生物量逐渐增长,与常规操作条件下颗粒污泥中微生物聚集趋于一致,颗粒稳定后,每1ml污泥中的细菌菌落总数都维持在106 cfu以上。对不同操作条件下颗粒污泥中EPS含量变化分析结果显示,常规操作条件下,EPS含量随着微生物的聚集逐渐增多,而强化造粒条件下,颗粒污泥中EPS含量变化与生物量关系不大。可以看出,强化造粒条件下,微生物的聚集主要是混凝剂的作用。
According to the way of putting coagulant in the SBR in the early formation of aerobic granular sludge,the characteristics and formation of granular sludge under strengthening granulation conditions were studied.On this base,the characteristics of multiplying and aggregation of microorganisms in granular sludge under the different operational conditions were analyzed.The results showed that,under the strengthening granulation conditions,the grain size of granular sludge was well-distributed.Compared with granular sludge formation under usual operational condition,the intensity and specific gravity increased by 3.2% and 6.8% respectively,but the moisture content decreased by 1.0%.The result of microorganisms aggregated in the process of granular forming showed that the microorganisms aggregated quickly in the initial stage of granule forming because of the addition of coagulant.But when the addition of coagulant stopped,the biomass decreased.With the growing of granular,the biomass increased and tended to be consistent with the aggregation of microorganisms of granular sludge in usual operational condition.When the granular stayed stable,the biomass would maintain above 106 cfu/ml.After analyzed the EPS content of granular sludge under different operational conditions,the result indicated that the EPS content increased with microorganisms aggregation under usual operational condition.But the EPS content had a little relationship with biomass under the strengthening granulation conditions.So it was obvious that the microorganisms aggregation mainly due to the function of coagulant under the strengthening granulation conditions.
