摘要
在对职业农民分类的基础上,建立以职业农民岗位分类与职级标准为基础的分类培训是对当前职业农民培养模式的创新。为此,要明确职业院校、职业农民分类及其岗位职责标准、职业农民培育之间的内在逻辑关系,才能打破当前职业农民培养的弊端,而在这个过程中职业院校应承担起自身的职责,发挥其在职业农民培育方面的主体作用。
Based on the classification of professional farmers, establishing the classification of the training based on posi- tion classification and rank standards of professional farmers is the innovation for training models of professional farmers. So we must clear and definite the logic relationship among vocational colleges, classification and post responsibility standards of professional farmers and how to cultivate them, so as to break the current disadvantages of cultivating professional farmers. In the process of which, the vocational colleges should take its own responsibilities and play the main body roles in cultivating the professional farmers.
