摘要
为实现高职人才培养与企业零距离对接,淮安信息职业技术学院提出集标准融合、身份融合和内容融合于一体的"三重融合"教育体系。该体系通过三阶段递进实践方式开展。实践证明,在校企双主体育人条件下,该体系催生了师生复合化的新型关系,优化了课程教学内容,实现了学校教学活动与企业生产活动的对应。
To achieve seamless connection between vocational education and enterprise, an education system based on standard integration, identity integration and content integration have been proposed. The education system content include: curriculum standards integration, student identity integration and teacher identity integration with enterprise manager or en- gineer identity, teaching knowledge integration with engineering practice. Practice has proved that the double main sports people school-enterprise under conditions that the system has spawned a new type of relationship between teacher and stu- dent composite to optimize the teaching content, teaching activities and to achieve a school production activities correspond.
