摘要
目的:介绍某院住院药房绩效管理方案的制订与实施效果,促进住院药房绩效管理质量的提高。方法:该院住院药房通过制订工作量、夜班量、模拟工作量、考勤、药品维护质量、处方调配差错、病区满意度、技术职称、学习及考试、带教工作量等10个指标的具体考核内容和核算细则,对住院药房全体药师进行考核,建立和完善住院药房绩效管理方案,并进行方案实施后效果评价。结果与结论:实施绩效管理后,工作效率、工作质量、服务满意度得以提高;与2009年比较,2012年病区的平均候药时间缩短了20 min,调配差错率由原来的1/10 000降低到8/100 000,病区满意度由80%提升至92%;责任心、劳动纪律得以加强,工作、学习积极性得以提升。表明该院制订并实施的住院药房绩效管理方案可行。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the formulation and effect of performance management plan in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital, and to promote the improvement of performance management quality of inpatient pharmacy. METHODS: All pharma- cists of inpatient pharmacy were evaluated by developing the content and accounting rules of workload, night shift amount, the sim- ulation workload, work attendance, the quality of drug maintenance, dispensing error, satisfactory degree of ward, technical title, studying and examation, teaching workload. The performance management plan of inpatient pharmacy was formulated and im- proved, and the effects of the plan were evaluated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After the implementation of the plan, work effi- ciency, quality and service satisfaction degree have been improved. Compared with 2009, the average waiting time in ward is short- ened by 20 rain in 2012. Dispensing error rate has reduced from 1/10 000 to 8/100 000. Satisfactory degree of ward has increased from 80 % to 92 %. Responsibility and labor discipline have been strengthened. Working and learning enthusiasm of pharmacist have been improved. It indicates that performance management plan is feasible.
