摘要
在心电信号准确测量问题的研究中,噪声影响着测量的准确性。针对传统小波阈值去噪存在伪吉布斯现象或是过度平滑的缺点,而难以将心电信号PR间期的特征保留下来的不足。并且为了更好的识别心电信号,采用改进的小波阈值函数结合Brige-Massart策略的自适应阈值对心电信号进行处理。它能够克服传统阈值去噪的不足,避免出现振荡现象,同时自适应阈值灵活地将噪声分量和信号分量分离。最后对MIT-BIH中的心电信号进行仿真,结果表明,改进的自适应阈值算法能够抑制心电信号特别是PR间期的振荡现象,相对传统阈值去噪有更高的信噪比。
In ECG accurate measurement problem, the noise affects the accuracy of measurement. An improved Wavelet threshold function with adaptive threshold processing of Brige - Massart strategy was presented in order to better identify the ECG. The shortcomings of traditional threshold de - noising and oscillation can be avoided with this method. The noise and signal components can be separated flexibly by adaptive threshold value. At last, the signals in MIT - BIH ECG signal database were analyzed. The results show that the phenomena of oscillation in particular the PR interval of ECG can be inhibited by the improved adaptive threshold algorithm. And the signal - to - noise ratio is increased compared to conventional threshold de -noising at the same time.
