乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检、上肢淋巴通路保留和腋窝淋巴结功能性清扫 被引量:6

摘要 乳腺癌的临床诊治日趋规范化.如何使手术做到精准、适当和个体化?长期以来外科医生对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫(axillary lymph node dissection,ALND)的理解和处理有很大差异.本文从前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node,SLNB)开始,根据作者临床实践体会及文献资料浅谈乳腺癌腋窝外科处理的相关问题,以期抛砖引玉,共同讨论,促进乳腺癌外科手术水平的提高.
