摘要
为了满足当今全电动注塑机高速化的发展需求,实现良好的注塑成型效果,基于现有伺服电机驱动技术,提出双电机复合驱动注射系统的设计方案。实验研究结果表明:双电机复合驱动技术在全电动注塑机上展现出良好的工作特性。研究结果为全电动注塑机新技术应用和发展奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to meet the high speed development need of all-electric injection molding machines,and to achieve a good effect of injection molding, the twin-motor driven injection solution was put forward based on the existing servo motor driven technology. It was found that the twin-motor drive technology showed good characteristics in all-electric injection molding machine. In addition,this research had laid a solid foundation for application and future development of all electric injection molding machines.
