摘要
季节性环境温度变化对沥青混凝土材料性能有显著影响。研究高速铁路沥青混凝土强化基床表层结构在不同温度条件下的力学性能,实现温度场模拟是首要解决的关键问题。采用制冷/制热、智能电控以及温度传感器等设备,研制了一套模型试验温度控制系统,实现了保温罩内环境温度由室温降至-3~0℃低温或升至60~64℃高温的目标温度控制,且试验过程中保温罩内温度保持稳定,确保了沥青混凝土结构层温度由表及里的改变,满足了试验对温度控制的要求。
The change of environmental temperature has prominent effects on the performances of asphalt concrete .The temperature field simulation is a principal problem in order to study the mechanical properties of the surface layer of foundation bed of high-speed railway ,which is strengthened by the asphalt concrete .The controlling system of the model test temperature is developed ,which is based on the refrigerating and heating device and the intelligent electronic management equipment and the temperature transducer and so forth ,which has been successfully applied in the model test ,in which the low (-3 ℃ -0 ℃) and high(60 ℃ -64 ℃) temperature test environments are required .The temperature of the insulating cover always maintains in the range of target temperature so that the temperature of the asphalt concrete changed from the outside to the inside can meet the requirement of test .
