摘要
为降低无烟煤的灰熔点,弄清助熔剂的助熔机理及其对无烟煤成浆性能的影响,通过在灰分为8.33%,12.67%,16.72%,19.53%,23.41%的无烟煤中添加CaCO3,Fe2O3,Na2CO3和煤泥为助熔剂制备水煤浆,研究了助熔剂对无烟煤的灰熔点(流动温度)的影响,以及助熔剂的作用机理和助熔剂对无烟煤成浆性能的影响。结果表明,无烟煤中添加10%煤泥,0.5%Na2CO3,5%CaCO3,1.5%Fe2O3,形成了助熔矿物质钙长石和钠长石以及低温共熔物铁橄榄石和铁尖晶石,减少莫来石的生成,使无烟煤的灰熔点从1 500℃以上降低到(1 340±5)℃,并且研究表明助熔剂对无烟煤的成浆性能基本没有影响。
Abstract: In order to reduce the ash melting point of anthracite and obtain the mechanism of the fluxing agent as well as the influence of fluxing agent to the pulping performance of anthracite. This paper investigated the effect of fluxing agent on the ash melting point of anthracite by using anthracite added with different kinds of fluxing agent CaCO3 , Fe203 ,Na2CO3 and coal slurry to produce water-coal-slurry. The ash contents in various anthracite samples were 8.33%, 12.67%, 16.27%, 19.53%, and 23.41%, respectively. The mechanism of the fluxing agent and the influence of fluxing agent on the pulping performance of anthracite were studied. The result shows that the ash melting point of anthracite reduces from more than 1 500℃ to( 1 340±5 )℃ by forming fluxing mineral when the added coal slurry accounts for 10% ,Na2CO30. 5% , CaCO3 5% , and Fe2O3 1.5%. The addition of fluxing agent has no effect on the pulping performance of anthracite. Key words: anthracite ; fluxing agent ; water-coal-slurry ; ash melting point
